सतना की मुकुंदपुर सफारी में भेजे गये दुर्लभ प्रजाति के बार्न आउल के पांच बच्चे 

दक्षिण वन मंडल के डीएफओ विजयानन्तम टी.आर ने बताया कि  मोती वार्ड में निवास करने वाले प्रकाश ठाकुर के मकान में उल्लू के बच्चे मौजूद थे। बार्न आउल के पांच बच्चों को सुरक्षित तरीके से रेस्क्यू कर घोंसले से बाहर लाया गया और वन विभाग के सुपुर्द कर दिया गया। रेस्क्यू किये गये बार्न आऊल (उल्लू) के बच्चों को संरक्षण हेतु सफारी मुकुन्दपुर वनमंडल सतना भेजा गया है। वन विभाग के द्वारा जानकारी दी गई है कि बार्न आऊल (उल्लू) को वन्यजीव संरक्षण अधिनियम 1972 में परिशिष्ट 1 के तहत कानूनी संरक्षण प्राप्त है। बार्न आऊल (उल्लू) एक दुर्लभ प्रजाति है।  बार्न उल्लू की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह होती है कि वह अपने शिकार को पूरी तरह से निगल जाता है। बार्न आउल की आयु को लेकर दावा किया जाात है कि यह 15 साल के करीब जीता है। बार्न आउल उल्लू की ऐसी प्रजाति है, जो धीरे-धीरे समाप्त हो रही है।

भोपाल के होटल में मिले गर्लफ्रेंड-बॉयफ्रेंड के शवः युवती ने पहले मफलर से युवक का गला घोंटा, फिर लगा ली फांसी

भोपाल में अल्पना टॉकीज के पास होटल बंजारा के टॉप फ्लोर पर बने कमरे में बुधवार रात युवक-युवती के शव मिले हैं। युवती का शव पंखे पर फंदे से लटका था। युवक का शव बिस्तर पर पड़ा था, लेकिन उसके मुंह पर तकिया रखा हुआ था और गले में मफलर कसा था।

दोनों कटनी के रहने वाले हैं और प्रेमी प्रेमिका बताए जा रहे हैं। तीन दिन से घरों से लापता था। होटल के कमरे का दरवाजा अंदर से बंद था। किसी बाहरी के आने के सबूत भी पुलिस को नहीं मिले हैं।

घटनास्थल से फिलहाल कोई सुसाइड नोट भी नहीं मिला है। पुलिस ने शुरुआती जांच में आशंका जताई है कि युवक की हत्या के बाद युवती ने फांसी लगाई होगी। युवक शारीरिक रूप से कमजोर नजर आ रहा है।

मंगलवार को बुक किया कमरा, खाना मंगाया ... फिर बाहर नहीं निकले

TI अवधेश सिंह भदौरिया ने बताया कि बुधवार शाम होटल बंजारा की ओर से मिली सूचना के बाद पुलिस होटल पहुंची थी। मंगलवार रात युवक-युवती ने होटल में कमरा बुक किया था। इसी रात 10.30 बजे कमरे में खाना भी मंगाया था। दोनों बुधवार शाम 6 बजे तक बाहर नहीं निकले। होटल स्टाफ के आवाज देने पर भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। पुलिस जब दरवाजा खुलवाकर कमरे में दाखिल हुई तो पंखे पर 19 वर्षीय युवती का शव था, जबकि बिस्तर पर युवक का शव पड़ा था। युवक के शरीर पर कंबल भी लिपटा हुआ था।

विवाद होने पर घर से बिना कुछ बताए भोपाल आया युवक

होटल में जमा किए गए दस्तावेजों से युवक की पहचान बिलहरी गांव, कटनी निवासी मनीष चक्रवर्ती (23) और युवती की पहचान किरण केवट (21) निवासी खितौली, कटनी के तौर पर हुई। पुलिस ने दस्तावेजों पर मिले मोबाइल नंबर के आधार पर दोनों के परिजनों को कॉल कर दिया है। FSL टीम ने जांच की है।

ACP राकेश बघेल ने बताया कि पुलिस को कमरे से युवक का मोबाइल फोन मिला है। इसमें मिले नंबर के आधार पर उसके मौसा से बात हो सकी। मौसा ने बताया कि मनीष का परिजन से विवाद हुआ था। तीन दिन पहले वह घर से बिना बताए चला गया था। इस बात की जानकारी उन्हें नहीं थी कि वह युवती को साथ लेकर भोपाल गया है।

फ्लाइट मोड पर था युवक का मोबाइल, युवती का गुम पुलिस का कहना है कि युवक शारीरिक रूप से थोड़ा कमजोर नजर आ रहा है। शुरुआती जांच में दोनों शवों को देखकर लग रहा है कि युवती ने मफलर से गला घोंटकर युवक को मारा है। इसके बाद खुद फांसी लगा ली। अनुमान है कि दोनों शादी के इरादे से भोपाल आए। यहां किसी कारण दोनों का विवाद हुआ और युवती ने यह कदम उठाया।

मनीष का मोबाइल फोन फ्लाइट मोड पर था। जबकि. किरण का मोबाइल नहीं मिला। उसका मोबाइल स्विच ऑफ आ रहा है। होटल स्टाफ का कहना है कि दोनों अपने साथ लगेज लेकर नहीं आए थे। 

 

नाबालिग को गर्भपात की इजाजतः बालिका को 20 सप्ताह का गर्भ, कोर्ट के आदेश पर होगा गर्भपात

मुरैना के दिमनी में 15 वर्षीय नाबालिग के साथ रेप और गर्भवती होने के केस में हाईकोर्ट की एकल पीठ ने पीड़िता को गर्भपात कराने इजाजत दे दी है। हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर 30 नवंबर (गुरुवार) को जेएएच में डॉक्टरों के पैनल की निगरानी में पीड़िता का गर्भपात कराया जाएगा। नाबालिग को 20 सप्ताह का गर्भ था। इस मामले में आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर पहले ही जेल भेजा जा चुका है।

ऐसे समझिए पूरा मामला

मुरैना के दिमनी इलाके में 15 वर्षीय छात्रा के साथ पास ही रहने वाले एक युवक ने बलात्कार किया था। वह लगातार छात्रा के साथ दुष्कर्म कर रहा था। उसने छात्रा को शादी का झांसा भी दिया था। इस दौरान छात्रा गर्भवती हो गई। जब उसे गर्भवती होने का पता लगा तो उसने युवक से शादी के लिए कहा, लेकिन वह मुकर गया। जिसके बाद 11 मार्च 2023 को पीड़िता दिमनी थाना पहुंची थी और आपबीती सुनाई थी। छात्रा गर्भवती थी पुलिस ने उसका मेडिकल कराने के बाद मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था, लेकिन पीड़िता के पेट में पल रहे बच्चे को गिराने के लिए उसके परिजन ने हाई कोर्ट की एकल पीठ में याचिका लगाई थी। इसी पर 29 नवंबर को सुनवाई हुई है।

न्यायालय ने माना गर्भपात ही पीड़िता के लिए सही पीड़िता की तरफ से इस बच्चे को गिराने के लिए हाई कोर्ट की एकल पीठ में याचिका लगाई गई थी। जिस पर 29 नवंबर ( बुधवार) को सुनवाई हुई थी। जिसमें न्यायालय के सामने मेडिकल रिपोर्ट पेश की गई, जिसमें बताया गया कि नाबालिग रेप पीड़िता को 20 सप्ताह का गर्भ है। यह बच्चा उस पर बोझ है, इसलिए गर्भपात की अनुमति दी जाए। न्यायालय ने डॉक्टरों की राय ली तो सामने आया कि 24 सप्ताह के गर्भ तक गर्भपात कराया जा सकता है। जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिए कि पूरे सुरक्षित तरीके से गुरुवार (30 नवंबर) को पीड़िता का गर्भपात जेएएच में किया जाए। 

तेज रफ्तार बाइक सवार पेड़ से टकराया 

नागौद उचेहरा मुख्य मार्ग पर अटरा अंजान बाबा मंदिर के पास  एक तेज रफ्तार बाइक सवार युवक सड़क किनारे पेड़ से टकराया । सूचना पर पोंडी चौकी से पहुंचे पुलिसकर्मियों  ने एंबुलेंस से अस्पताल भिजवाया । घायल युवक की पहचान नही हो सकी है।

स्टॉफ नर्स को चाक़ू से गोदकर आरक्षक ने फांसी लगाकर की आत्महत्या,नरसिंहपुर जिले में जहां जिला मुख्यालय में एक पुलिस आरक्षक अनिल बेलवंशी उम्र 33 बर्ष ने एक स्टाफ नर्स के घर लगाई में फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली, जिससे उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।मंगलवार बुधवार की दरमियानी रात स्टाफ नर्स के घर पुलिस आरक्षक अनिल पहुंचा था और कहासुनी के बाद आरक्षक अनिल ने स्टाप नर्स को चाकू से गोदा डाला और गले में कई वार कर दिया जिससे स्टाफ नर्स की हालात भी गंभीर है वह जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती है वहीं अनिल की फांसी लगाने से मौत हो गई है।

दो अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक बनेंगे

भोपाल। वर्ष 2024 में विशेष महानिदेशक, अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक, पुलिस महानिरीक्षक और उप पुलिस महानिरीक्षक पद पर पदोन्नति के लिए मंगलवार को मंत्रालय में विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति की बैठक हुई। पद की उपलब्धता के आधार पर पदोन्नति होगी। आठ अधिकारियों को विशेष महानिदेशक और दो अधिकारियों को अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक पद पर पदोन्नत करने के लिए पात्र पाया गया है।

पुलिस महानिरीक्षक पद के लिए 2006 बैच के अरविंद कुमार सक्सेना, मिथलेश शुक्ला, अनुराग शर्मा, आरआरएस परिहार, अनिल सिंह कुशवाह, रुचिवर्धन मिश्रा, चंद्रशेखर सोलंकी, टी अमोंग्ला अय्यर, चैत्रा एन, राजेश हिंगणकर, अशुमान सिंह, मिथिलेश शुक्ला और मनीष कपूरिया को पात्र पाया गया।

इसी तरह उप पुलिस महानिरीक्षक पद के लिए 2009 और 2010 बैच के 26 अधिकारियों को पात्र पाया गया है। गृह विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि जैसे-जैसे पद उपलब्ध होंगे, अधिकारियों को पदोन्नत किया जाएगा।बैठक में पुलिस महानिदेशक सुधीर कुमार सक्सेना, अपर मुख्य सचिव गृह डा.राजेश राजौरा और अपर मुख्य सचिव स्वास्थ्य मोहम्मद सुलेमान उपस्थित थे।

विपिन कुमार माहेश्वरी के 30 नवंबर को सेवानिवृत्त होने पर 1990 बैच के अधिकारी अशोक अवस्थी विशेष महानिदेशक पद पर पदोन्नत होंगे। अभी अवस्थी अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक शिकायत के पद पर तैनात हैं।

Indian opener Ruturaj Gaikwad made the highest score against Australia. This record was in the name of Virat Kohli. In 2016, Kohli played an unbeaten inning of 90 runs in 55 balls at Adelaide ground. In terms of top scores, the top-3 scores were in the name of Kohli only.

Shubman Gill is on top in terms of top scores against all the teams. In 2023 itself, he had played an inning of 126 runs against New Zealand at Ahmedabad ground. Rituraj is at second place in this matter with 123* runs.
